Problem
Due to the pandemic, Leaders in Sport needed to deliver a virtual alternative to its flagship conference - Leaders Week New York. They were committed to finding a way to still bring senior sporting executives together but quickly realised that an “off the shelf” streaming platform wasn’t going to cut it.
Solution
We designed and developed a bespoke platform that offered their community more value, could become part of Leaders' core offering and be built upon moving forward.
With our intimate knowledge of the brand and audience, we were able to move quickly. We started with the brand identity and value proposition, then identified the most important features we’d need on the platform. Our development roadmap was inspired by one question - how much value does this feature add to the experience? We were able to quickly prioritise development and deliver a platform that included all the essential features, in under 5 weeks.
