Redesigning the commercial property search experience


The Arch Company offers a diverse range of properties in prime locations to thousands of business owners, including railway arches and former station buildings. They were looking for Sanity experts to help enhance their Studio and improve their limited frontend so they could more easily add new features and elevate the overall user experience. The challenge was to create a more engaging, intuitive way for users to discover and explore properties.
We ran a design sprint to define a ‘north star’ for property discovery. Using a user scenario across the Landing Page, Property Search, Property Page, and Homepage, we explored ways to make property exploration seamless and enjoyable, combining audience-focused content with modern, clear design.
The sprint delivered a clickable Figma prototype, showcasing an intuitive, engaging flow across key screens. Modern UI and user-centered design brought the Arch Company’s properties to life, providing a strong foundation for discussions and the next steps toward implementing these as incremental updates.
