Problem
Following a rebrand, VoCoVo, one of the UK’s leading providers of communication technology for teams in the retail industry, needed a new website to improve bounce rates and increase conversions. They were also looking for guidance on how to apply the brand digitally.
Solution
Working collaboratively with the internal VoCoVo team and their branding agency, we brought the new branding to life in the designs for the new site. With a focus on solving the audience's problems, we put the emphasis on the products, services and benefits and cross-linked related products to provide a more holistic view of the company.
Results
The work done with the digital brand and the website helped to set the direction for the brand moving forwards and analytics from the new site showed that bounce rates had decreased, while conversions had increased.
