Problem
Leaders in Sport have been successfully bringing together senior execs from both on and off the field together for over a decade. Following growth, the brand needed a fresh home for its audiences and a membership hub that emphasised audience engagement and generated revenue.
Solution
We started with research to understand the different audiences, their use cases and really deep dive into the user stories to enable us to design specific user experiences for each, with an aligned brand UI. This resulted in online destination for Leaders in Sport that offered a home for the brand and its assets (events, content) as well as the membership portals, which offered exclusive access to further insights depending on their subscription level.
Results
Leaders in Sport have not only seen its analytics increase across the site as a whole, but also saw an uptick of 300% in enquiries to attend their biggest event of the year. They also now have a dedicated membership area for their audiences, driving further traffic to the site and increasing engagement across their content and events.
